Stated plainly
- These are launch prices. They are subject to change and have not been validated commercially.
- Monthly billing only. Annual billing is not offered yet, so no annual discount is shown.
- 7-day trial with up to 10 successfully processed purchase orders.
- Rules, security and retention are the same on every plan. No capability is held back for a higher tier.
What happens at the limit
Processing pauses. Nothing is charged automatically, and you keep access to existing documents, exports and the cancellation option.
- Quantity
- A purchase order counts once it becomes reviewable. A system failure does not count, and a retry of the same file does not count twice.
- File
- Up to 20 MB per file, 30 pages and 300 product lines per document.
- File retention
- Original files and intermediate results are kept for 7, 30 or 90 days, chosen by the merchant. The minimised review summary is kept for 180 days.
