How it works
Six steps, and exactly one of them can create something in your Shopify admin.

A purchase order arrives
You upload a file or forward it to the store alias. The format, size and page count are checked before anything is read.
- 02
The lines are extracted
Header fields and product rows are read deterministically where possible. Every row keeps its sheet, page or cell.
- 03
Products are matched
Exact SKU and your confirmed aliases can select a variant. Everything else is offered as a suggestion with a reason.
- 04
Problems are listed
Units that cannot be converted, currencies that disagree and duplicate lines become blockers or warnings with a plain explanation.
- 05
You review and approve
Original on one side, structured lines on the other. Saving is not approving; approval is a separate, explicit action.
- 06
A draft order exists
One draft, linked back to the document. You open it in the Shopify admin and finish the order there.
What it works with

- Size
- Up to 20 MB per file, 30 pages and 300 product lines per document.
- Required
- A Shopify store on a plan that allows draft orders. The app is embedded in the Shopify admin.
- Scanned pages and images
- Recognition is not enabled in this deployment, so a scanned page or a photo cannot be read. Upload a PDF with a text layer, a CSV or an XLSX.
It creates draft orders only.
A person has to review and approve every document before a draft is created.
Supported input: PDF, PNG, JPG, CSV and XLSX.
Files are processed on our own servers in the deployment region, not in the browser and not on the merchant’s device.
Original files and intermediate results are kept for 7, 30 or 90 days, chosen by the merchant. The minimised review summary is kept for 180 days.
No processing-speed figure is published, because we have not measured one on real customer documents.
