What it actually does

Reads the order you were sent
CSV, XLSX and text-layer PDFs are parsed deterministically. Where recognition is enabled, scanned pages and images are read too, and the result keeps its page number. Every field keeps the text it came from.

Matches against your real catalog
Exact SKU first, then the aliases you confirmed, then a suggested list. Duplicate SKUs, archived variants and missing SKUs stop the line instead of picking one.

Stops where it cannot be sure
An unknown case count, a currency it does not know or a price that disagrees with the catalog becomes a visible problem. There is no button that accepts every guess at once.

Where your files go

Does it place orders?
No. It creates a draft order. Completing, invoicing, charging, fulfilling and emailing the buyer all happen in Shopify, by you.
What happens when a line cannot be matched?
It stops that line and says why. You can search the catalog, pick a variant, change the quantity or unit, or mark the line unprocessable. Nothing is guessed on your behalf.
Do you handle cases and boxes?
Yes, once you have told us the factor. A rule such as 1 case = 12 bottles is configured per variant. Until it exists, a case count stays unknown rather than being assumed.
What about prices that differ from my catalog?
Both numbers are shown side by side and the difference is raised as a warning you have to acknowledge. No exchange rate is applied and no price is rewritten silently.
Can I try it without installing?
Yes. The sample order page walks through a real review with synthetic data, including the line that stops.
How do I get access?
NeatPO runs as a guided pilot while it is unlisted. Request a pilot and you get the installation steps and a test store walkthrough.
What can it not do yet?
It does not connect to other sales platforms, ERPs, supplier systems, customer records or your own mail servers, and it does not negotiate prices. None of that is sold as available.
